About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Night Lead to join our team at Hen House Market. In this role, you'll help support evening operations, keep tasks on track, and ensure the store is set up for success-creating a smooth and efficient experience for both guests and teammates. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous team lead or supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Support teammates in delivering excellent guest service and meeting store standards
Communicate clearly with teammates, vendors, and store leadership to ensure smooth operations
Assist with nightly store operations, including closing procedures, cleanliness, and readiness for the next day
Help coordinate tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently during shifts
Monitor inventory and daily operations to support overall store performance
Assist with inventory processes, including receiving, stock rotation, and shrink control
Ensure product merchandising, displays, and presentation meet company standards
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Maintain pricing accuracy, signage, and overall department organization
Work alongside the team to complete tasks and support store needs
Help train and support teammates to maintain consistency across the team
Other job duties as assigned
