About The Position

DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome a Part-Time Night Auditor to join the team! Our hotel, which features 236 guest rooms, is an official Walt Disney World® Hotel and located one mile away from the Disney Springs area. Our 5+ team members report directly to the Front Office Manager. The ideal candidate holds at least 6 months experience as a Guest Service Agent within hospitality. Experience with OnQ is a must. Ability to work the required shifts. Passion for guest service. Shift Pattern: 2-3 shifts per week (11pm-7:30am) Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed. What will I be doing? As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience as a Guest Service Agent within hospitality

Responsibilities

  • Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
  • Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
  • Assist Guest with concerns throughout the night
  • check-in and check-out Guests, provide copy of their receipts
  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
