About The Position

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport is looking to welcome a Part Time Night Auditor to join the Front Office Team! Our hotel is two miles from Orlando International Airport, and walking distance from nearby offices, dining, and shopping venues. All guests enjoy free airport shuttle, free made-to-order breakfast buffet and daily drinks and snacks at our complimentary Evening Reception. Our ideal candidate would have previous experience either in the front office, night audit or finance. OnQ experience - At least 1-2 years' experience in hospitality preferred. They would have the availability to work the shifts required and be able to make decisions in the absence of a manager. What will I be doing? Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance What are we looking for?
