The MCR standard is to provide clean, friendly, well-organized and safe hotels for our guests. This role is crucial in ensuring happy guests through excellent guest relations, greeting them with a smile, using their names, and contributing to overall guest satisfaction. The Night Auditor is expected to handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency, possess strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities, and be aware of and support all groups and events. Understanding relevant technology and maintaining friendly phone etiquette are also key. The position emphasizes spotless cleanliness, requiring all areas, both front and back of the house, to be kept clean and well-organized. Team members are expected to assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed, always greeting guests happily while doing so. Product consistency and quality are maintained by completing all operational checklists accurately and on time, and ensuring handover reports are precise for effective shift-to-shift communication. Teamwork is paramount, requiring clear, honest, and professional communication, a 'can-do' attitude to meet business needs, and a commitment to collaboration to create a welcoming environment for guests and a positive workplace.
