About The Position

We are hiring a Full-Time Night Auditor for the Cambria Hotel & Convention Center. This role is at the front desk, which is the hub of the hotel and involves the most interaction with guests. The front desk operates 24/7, making each role crucial. As the late shift, the Night Auditor works semi-independently without direct management supervision, taking on greater responsibility for closing out daily business and assisting guests during non-traditional hours. The role requires a proactive, responsive, and caring individual. The night shift also ensures guest safety by monitoring activity inside and outside the hotel and tracking weather issues. Responsibilities

Processing credit card transactions and other (restaurant, events, lounge) for the day
Handling phone system, transferring calls, reservations, etcc
Verify, balance and review hotel room availability
Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures
Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shifts
Prepare folios for the morning departing guests
Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast set up if needed
Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures
