JOB DESCRIPTION: The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the security of the hotel during nighttime hours.
Requirements
- Highschool or equivalent experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- Yardi experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Accurately balance daily financial transactions and prepare comprehensive nightly audit reports.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs and address any inquiries or requests from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift.
- Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit transactions.
