Nice To Haves
- Hotel front desk or night audit experience is preferred, but we will train the right person with the right attitude.
Responsibilities
- Welcome late-night arrivals and deliver a smooth, professional check-in
- Complete the nightly audit and balance all daily revenue
- Reconcile credit cards, cash, and room charges
- Prepare financial reports for management
- Respond quickly and confidently to guest needs
- Monitor the property to ensure safety and security
- Prepare the lobby and breakfast area for a strong morning start
- Keep the front desk organized and guest-ready at all times
