About The Position

The Night Auditor serves as the overnight steward of the Ranch—maintaining safety, accuracy, and hospitality after hours while ensuring the property is secure, welcoming, and well-prepared for the day ahead. This role blends overnight audit responsibilities with a visible security presence, hands-on cleaning, and early-morning guest service. While the Night Auditor is primarily based in the Outpost overnight, they will periodically secure the space in order to conduct property safety checks or respond to guest needs in cabin areas. This role requires confidence and awareness when moving about the Ranch after hours, with a thoughtful approach to safety in a remote environment where wildlife is part of the landscape—offering guests peace of mind through a steady, prepared presence. This position is well-suited for someone who is calm, observant, guest-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of the Ranch during quiet hours.
