Requirements

High school student or graduate.
Basic communication, reading, writing, and math skills and the ability to utilize computers for basic data entry duties, clerical accuracy.
Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

May use office equipment or computers to maintain or produce basic information in established formats, or to complete forms.
Files and retrieves files, records, and documents.
Copies, sorts, collates, assembles, scans and/or distributes, documents, mail and other written materials.
Utilizes email, computer software and/or other applications.
Directs phone calls to appropriate persons, and records and relays phone messages.
Greets visitors, provides basic information to direct them to the appropriate person or destination.
Assists others with projects.
Participates in performance improvement initiatives and demonstrates the use of quality improvement in daily operations.
Ensures compliance with health and satiety requirements, with regulatory agencies such as DPH, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
