Nurse Practitioner: Newborn Nursery Nurse Practitioner The Boston Medical Center Department of Pediatrics is seeking full-time Pediatric/Family Nurse Practitioners to provide direct patient care and care coordination to our newborn babies. These opportunities are in the BMC Newborn Nursery, a busy and innovative birthing center, serving culturally and socio-economically diverse families. We are part of the state patient-centered medical home collaborative with on-site social work, case management, and subspecialty services. Compensation Range: $53.85- $78.13 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
