Newborn Hearing Screening Tech performs hearing screening on newborns using an automated computer-based screener, reports results to parents and clinicians, arranges post-discharge follow-up as needed, and assists with database management. This position is fully on‑site and located at BIDMC East Campus. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare or newborn experience; however, candidates without direct healthcare experience who are currently studying nursing or another health‑related field will also be considered. Shift availability is required seven days a week, with flexibility in the specific days worked. Shifts average four hours in length.
