About The Position

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professionals to join our high-performing sales team. Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (automotive industry is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • High energy with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence
  • Basic computer skills
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through
  • Professional appearance and solid work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, warranties, and available accessories
  • Conduct test drives and compare competitive models to meet customer needs
  • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
  • Implement follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Stay informed on current inventory, product updates, and manufacturer programs
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership performance standards
  • Maintain a professional, customer-first presence on the showroom floor
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
