About The Position

Capitol Chevrolet is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with a strong finance background and proven used car leadership experience. This role is critical to driving profitability, developing talent, and maximizing every opportunity on the sales floor.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Automotive Finance (F&I) experience
  • Minimum 2 years as a Used Car Manager
  • Proven ability to maximize deals while maintaining compliance
  • Experience training and motivating a sales team to hit volume and gross objectives
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Maximize deal structure, gross, and lender relationships on every transaction
  • Desk deals, structure payments, and support the sales team throughout the process
  • Train, coach, and develop sales consultants to improve closing ratios and product knowledge
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure smooth, compliant, and profitable deal flow
  • Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and accountability
