Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or motor vehicle parts industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of automotive products, parts, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the automotive sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the company's offerings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
