About The Position

The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating and processing all equipment that is shipped into our territory from other dealers, SPG support, and warranty registrations.

Requirements

  • High School or GED equivalent required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Skilled in time-management and able to work independently
  • Skilled in both written and oral communications within all levels of an organization, internally and externally
  • Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize work, attention to detail
  • Ability to apply sound judgment and reasoning
  • Dependable
  • Problem solving Abilities
  • Must be Organized

  • Sense of Urgency

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Material Handling preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and Process all ship in Forklifts form other Dealers
  • Coordinate all National Account Ship ins
  • Accurately track all Payments and Commissions associated with ship-ins 
  • Process all Warranty registrations for all Equipment, including our Specialty Products Division  
  • Provide administrative Support to Sales Coordinators 
  • Assist with Customer Care Surveys 
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • Other duties as assigned
