About The Position

Supports the execution of store installations and closings by assisting with project scheduling, task coordination, and communication. Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate store information in Oracle and UMP systems, ensuring data integrity across all platforms. Performing minor routing tasks, tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials, and monitoring installation progress to proactively address any issues that may arise. Helps keep projects on schedule and supports smooth store transitions from start to finish.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of scheduling experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience using Microsoft Excel with basic to intermediate proficiency.
• Ability to work 8AM – 5PM, M-F onsite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple multiple projects.
• Outgoing with the ability to positively interact with others and work as a collaborative team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Experience with routing is a plus.
