Requirements
- Procurement & Planning Pro: You possess deep proficiency in procurement processes and material planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Data Integrity Expert: You have a keen eye for detail and experience managing Item Masters and complex Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Collaborative Leader: You excel in team settings and have a proven ability to drive teammates toward project closure and milestones.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PCB/PCBA manufacturing and component life cycle management.
- Familiarity with Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes and cost roll activities.
- Background in a high-tech corporate hardware environment.
Responsibilities
- Mastermind the Product Launch: Own the integrity of the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Item Master, ensuring every component is perfectly structured for a seamless production release.
- Strategize Global Demand: Drive NPI forecasts from initial engineering prototypes through pilot phases and pre-production ramps.
- Collaborate with Expert Partners: Coordinate with CEM partners to manage PCBA assembly and testing, resolving shortages and navigating complex schedules.
- Innovate Processes: Contribute to the continuous improvement of new product introduction procedures, making our delivery faster and more efficient.
- Bridge Engineering and Supply Chain: Spearhead the movement of critical materials and execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to keep projects on the cutting edge.
