About The Position

We are looking for a New & Pre-Owned Finance Manager at in Stamford,CT. You will play a crucial role in supporting our dealership's success by managing all aspects of vehicle financing for new and pre-owned vehicles. This position involves working closely with customers to secure financing options that fit their needs while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will be a key member of our team, driving customer satisfaction and dealership profitability through expert financial guidance and relationship building. Must be very strong in pre - owned and leasing aftersale.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry, specifically handling both new and pre-owned vehicle financing.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and leasing best practices, credit analysis, and lending institutions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, targets-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information professionally and confidentially.
  • Familiarity with finance software and dealership management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in obtaining financing for new and pre-owned vehicles, evaluating credit applications and recommending loan approvals or alternatives.
