About The Position

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting New Nurse Graduates to provide specialized nursing care in either an in-center hemodialysis or hospital services unit as part of a patient care team. The role is integral to ensuring safe care and high-quality outcomes for patients facing chronic kidney disease. Responsibilities

  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
  • Prepare dialysis machine and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
  • Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching, including relevant documentation
  • Administer and chart all prescribed medications under supervision of registered nurse
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance
  • Contribute to training new staff members as directed
  • Additional tasks as requested
