About The Position
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting New Nurse Graduates to provide specialized nursing care in either an in-center hemodialysis or hospital services unit as part of a patient care team. The role is integral to ensuring safe care and high-quality outcomes for patients facing chronic kidney disease. - Dialysis experience not required

Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
- Prepare dialysis machine and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching, including relevant documentation
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications under supervision of registered nurse
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Contribute to training new staff members as directed
- Additional tasks as requested
