• 1+ years of experience in new home sales or a similar commission-based sales role

• Fluent in both English & Spanish

Responsibilities

• Sell cutting-edge, modern manufactured homes
• Guide homebuyers through every step of the new home sales process-from greeting to closing
• Conduct display center tours and uncover client needs related to new home sales
• Generate a steady pipeline of leads through social media and networking
• Follow a structured sales process and manage contracts for new homebuyers
• Utilize CRM tools to optimize the new home sales journey
• Collaborate with a high-energy team to meet and exceed new home sales quotas
