About The Position

Over the last 63 years, United Built Homes has constructed more than 40,000 quality custom homes throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. We are currently seeking a New Home Sales Manager to join our growing team in Conroe, TX. As a United Built Sales Manager, the selected candidate will: Lead sales staff and assist customers throughout the home building process Have high management and supervision skills Be honest, tactful, polite, assertive, respectful and ethical in dealings with customers, co-workers, contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and others Be a team player and support co-workers Have a strong work ethic and enjoy the profession of home building Be professional in appearance, language, and in dealings with others As a valued member of United Built Homes you will receive: A competitive base salary plus commissions An all expense-paid company vehicle Benefits (health, dental, and vision insurance), 401K with company match and profit sharing, paid vacation, sick leave, personal leave, and holidays Opportunity for advancement

Requirements

Sales experience is a must
Excellent communication skills
Diligence in following up with leads
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree is a plus
Real Estate License is NOT required
