Requirements
- Strong listening, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding follow‑up, organization, and multitasking talent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology
- A positive, detail‑oriented, can‑do attitude
- Availability to work weekends
- Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license
- Valid Florida driver license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Building long‑term relationships with prospective buyers through prospecting, broker outreach, referrals, and community events
- Greeting and registering visitors, identifying their needs, and conducting engaging model home tours
- Influencing buyer decisions by clearly communicating value and matching products to lifestyle needs
- Following up with prospects and showcasing the advantages of our homes and our builder reputation
- Maintaining strong communication with homeowners throughout construction to ensure a smooth experience
- Staying sharp by attending weekly sales meetings, ongoing training, and reviewing professional sales resources
