About The Position

New Graduate Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Unit A Lexington, NC, United States This position is sign-on bonus eligible and qualifies for a $15,000 sign–on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements! This position is also eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility. Where You Will Work: Unit A is a 45-bed unit providing comprehensive care for adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs, including those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. About This Location: Lexington Medical Center, part of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Health, offers world-class care close to home in Lexington, NC. Requirements

• Less than one year of RN experience
• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
