New Graduate (May/June 2026) – Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Engineer

Requirements
- Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET- accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
- Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026. Graduating May-June 2026 preferred.
- A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
- Ability to effectively problem solve.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
- Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
- Must be able to work outside.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
- Completion of pre interview assessments.
- College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred Courses: Circuit Analysis (could be called Circuits I, Circuits II, Intro to Circuits, etc.), Power Systems (could be called Electric Power, Electric Machines, Power Systems, Power Engineering, etc.), and Control Systems.
- Exposure to digital upgrade life cycle including feasibility studies, procurement specifications, design change packages, FAT/SAT test procedure development, installation, and testing.
- Understanding of the application of current regulatory and industry digital upgrade standards.
