About The Position

Atlanta Rehab & Performance Center (ARPC) is hosting a dedicated early interview hiring event as we plan for our projected 2026 clinical hiring needs. This posting is not tied to one specific open position. Instead, it is an opportunity for former students who are interested in joining ARPC to participate in an early, structured interview process before roles are filled. We’ve had strong interest from former students who want to return to ARPC, and this event ensures that everyone who has shown potential has the opportunity to interview, share interests, and be considered early, even if career plans are still taking shape. What This Opportunity IncludesCandidates selected through this application may be invited to participate in a hiring event that includes: Initial or updated interview with Talent Acquisition In‑person interviews, when helpful, including at sites where you may not have completed a rotation Conversations with clinic leadership and owners or district managers Review of background, interests, and location preferences Alignment with ARPC’s projected 2026 clinic needs Consideration for first‑round offers following the event This process is designed to be flexible and exploratory. You do not need to have every detail decided to apply.
