A New Graduate RN is defined as a Registered Nurse who has graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months and has not yet worked in a Registered Nurse role . Base Rate: $32.50/hour Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) implements professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person and the creation of a caring environment focused on healing and wellness. The Registered Nurse (RN) is an exemplary for compassion, acceptance, respect, and empathy honoring nursing as a distinct discipline and supporting an environment focused on healing and wellness.
