Our RN Residency Program spans 12 months and includes clinical experiences, didactic education, simulations, and personalized support from experienced nurse educators. This support is designed to prepare and nurture novice nurses in providing excellent care to our community's patients. What can you expect? 12-16 weeks of orientation under 1:1 direct supervision of a trained preceptor Ongoing, regular support and follow-up from nurse educators for the first 12 months Smaller cohort sizes for more individualized support Shadowing experiences throughout the organization Opportunity to cross-train to other departments.
