This position will work within the New Customer Implementation group to manage customer onboarding projects and implement contractual changes, coordinating with external customers through this process and interfacing with all necessary internal teams required per the scope of work. The primary responsibility of the Project Manager, New Customer Implementation is to lead and organize interdisciplinary project pipelines, including our New Customer Implementation pipeline. The Project Manager, New Customer Implementation must also apply a broad knowledge of business strategies, industry specifics, and various technical functions to accurately implement change and anticipate organizational impacts. This position brings together employees, customers, technologies, and other resources to coordinate and ensure the successful planning, implementation/on-boarding of customer deals. In addition, this position assists in the resolution of issues and identifying process improvements to ensure quality customer service.
