About The Position

CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced New Construction Project Manager in Jessup, MD, for its New Construction Division. This role covers the territory of Jessup MD, Washington DC, Manassas VA, Alexandria VA, and Arlington VA. The Project Manager will supervise multiple production/service roofing crews to plan and execute successful projects, working closely with the Service Director and Warehouse Manager to order materials. Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining a safe job site, conducting pre-job and post-job inspections, and managing paperwork. Daily communication with both customers and employees is essential. Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing assemblies and leak detection is highly preferred
• Capability of interpreting blueprints is a plus
