Requirements
- GM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18+ years old.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor & motivate a high-performance sales team
- Execute high-level sales strategies with speed and precision
- Elevate the customer experience from first hello to final handshake
- Analyze KPIs and convert insights into action
- Maintain strong inventory control and GM compliance
