About The Position

Hyundai of Kirkland, a high-volume automotive dealership conveniently located off I-405, is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to bring on to our sales department. The New Car Sales Manager plays an extremely vital role in our operations because you will be directing and leading the sales department. The ideal candidate would be an individual with prior automotive sales management experience but someone with a great track record of automotive sales for multiple years will be considered. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior automotive sales experience.
  • Proficient with technology.
  • Driver’s License.
  • Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in DriveCentric is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Find new clientele and business.
  • Train and mentor those in the Sales Department.
  • Set and reach weekly / monthly goals.
  • Always provide world-class customer service to guests.
  • Prepare a daily plan for sales staff and follow up on progress.
