About The Position

Capitol Chevrolet, Austin’s #1 Volume Chevy Dealer is looking for a Driven, High-Energy New Car Sales Manager ready to join a winning team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of dealership experience, with strong Finance (F&I) background
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving volume goals
  • Deep understanding of desking deals and leasing
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and closing skills
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the new car sales team to exceed monthly targets
  • Work closely with Finance and BDC departments to drive performance
  • Structure and close deals efficiently and profitably
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold Capitol Chevrolet’s reputation for excellence
