Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Exceptional listening, telephone, and computer skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication
Friendly and positive attitude
Professional demeanor and appearance (nametag, uniform, etc.)

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of CRM preferred

Responsibilities

Greet and direct customers arriving at the dealership, Service and Sales Customers
Greet and direct vendors, Corporate guests, Walser Buys Cars customers, etc.
Answer incoming calls, transfer calls as needed
Scan customer information into system
Filing and data entry
Receipt of money
Be a product expert for customers
Assist with new car delivery technology questions as well was phone set up
Page for available sales reps
Ensure a constant supply of deal jackets for the Sales Floor
Reconcile events in system & merge as necessary in our CRM
Manage the Plate Log (contacting customers upon plate arrival, distributing plates, and weekly audit)
Daily processing of print and email queue in system
Manage incoming appointments (prepping folders and ensuring appointments are properly marked as Show/No Show)
Assist Lot Technicians and Manager with parking cars as directed
Help facilitate test drives with customers
Help with amenities in the Dealership, restocking, wiping computers/desks, etc.
All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
