About The Position

Are you detail-oriented, motivated, and passionate about cars? Join our fast-paced Reconditioning and Detailing Department as a New Car Preparation & Lot Attendant Specialist . In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for the final preparation of new vehicles before customer delivery, while also supporting lot organization and vehicle flow-ensuring each vehicle meets the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and accessibility. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, 1 Saturday every 4 Weeks, 8AM-5PM

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background test
• Regularly required to stand, crouch, and kneel
• Frequently required to walk the lot to search for vehicles

Responsibilities

• Perform full exterior and interior cleaning of new vehicles prior to customer delivery
• Apply protective treatments to paint, leather, fabric, and glass as needed
• Ensure new vehicles are spotless, polished, and showroom-ready
• Safely operate and maintain detailing equipment and cleaning products
• Organize and maintain vehicle placement on the lot for optimal flow and presentation
• Move, park, and retrieve vehicles as needed for sales, service, and deliveries
• Monitor lot condition, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
• Assist with inventory organization and vehicle tracking
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
