About The Position

Endurance IT Services has a client in Ashland, Virginia, seeking a results-driven New Business Development Manager with a hunter mindset to drive new business and deliver innovative solutions on behalf of the business. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional project outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to open new doors and close complex deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with A/V products and integration approaches is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new sales opportunities across corporate, education, and government sectors as pertains to design and technology needs
  • Manage end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, while exceeding growth targets.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, fostering long-term relationships and guiding projects through design and delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide consultative expertise.
