About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven New Business Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong prospecting skills and a consultative approach to solving client needs.

Requirements

1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Drug Testing Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and market research
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Present products and services in a compelling, tailored manner
Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts to close deals
Establish strong relationships with new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Collaborate with internal teams to support client implementation and satisfaction
Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in CRM
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
