The New Business & Advanced Planning Intern will spend 8 weeks supporting various administrative and project-based assignments, that are designed in providing essential business insights and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Operational and Process Support Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand end‑to‑end New Business and Advanced Planning workflows
  • Support day‑to‑day operational tasks
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest ideas to enhance efficiency.
  • Research and Analysis Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
  • Assist in analyzing data and preparing reports using Excel or other tools.
  • Support subject matter experts in gathering information for decision-making.
  • Administrative Support: Help schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture notes or next steps
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining team documentation and files.
  • Training and Onboarding Assistance Collaborate with subject matter experts to support training initiatives.
  • Assist with development of training materials and resources.
  • Help with research and outlining potential training formats such as pre-recorded and podcasting
  • Communication and Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist in preparing internal communications and announcements.
  • Support the operational team in preparing and conducting in-person and virtual team-building exercises.
