Position Summary SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Neuroscientist to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacology and neuroscience as applied to medical chemical defense research.
• Experience managing a biological laboratory.
• Experience writing, scheduling, and executing protocols.
• Experience in surgery and perfusion.
• Experience in physiological recording techniques (pulseOx, EEG, ECG).
• Experience performing behavioral testing.
• Experience in biological sample collection (blood, brain, tissue, etc.).
• Understanding of electrophysiological techniques.
• Experience in fiberphotometry.
• Experience in immunohistochemistry and microscopy

Responsibilities

• Conduct surgeries, behavioral testing, and experiments to support the Special Projects Team.
• Maintain laboratory equipment/supplies.
• Schedule and execute experimental protocols.
• Ensure the quality of procedures and data.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and present presentations and written documents summarizing efforts
