About The Position
BayCare Medical Group is seeking a General Neurohospitalist to provide coverage at St. Anthony’s Hospital, a 426-bed facility certified as a Primary Stroke Center by The Joint Commission, with plans on becoming a comprehensive stroke center in 2027. What you can expect: Provide inpatient neurology care, including new consults, follow-up visits, and related patient calls. Join a growing team of 4 Neurohospitalists with the support of 2 APPs Enjoy a 7-on/7-off schedule that supports strong work–life balance. Practice exclusively at one hospital location. Work collaboratively with BayCare Medical Group’s outpatient Neurology team of board-certified neurologists. Tele-stroke service coverage of stroke alerts Candidates should be comfortable managing a broad range of neurological conditions and interpreting EEGs.
Requirements
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
- Ability to obtain a Florida medical license.
