Our Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity offers diagnostic evaluations, caregiver training, and tailored support for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other neurodiversity-related needs. We are looking for a full-time Neurodiversity Navigator who is passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This remote position reports to the Supervisor, Neurodiversity Navigation. As a Neurodiversity Navigator, youâll be doing the important and meaningful work of supporting individuals as they navigate through the complex landscape of care for neurodiversity. You will provide critical psychoeducation on topics like early intervention services, behavioral strategies to address neurodiversity-related needs, navigating a diagnosis, and how to advocate for school, government and workplace accommodation services. Additionally, you will help connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based diagnosticians, services, and providers, depending on their needs. The focus of this role includes (but is not limited to) providing support to caregivers of children/adolescents with suspected or diagnosed neurodiverse conditions, supporting adults seeking neuroaffirming and neurodiversity-informed care, and assisting clients with navigating assessment services and support resources. This position does not involve in-person services or therapy, but rather provides support to individuals and families related to neurodiversity via phone, video conference, and/or email.
