About The Position

Key Responsibilities Corporate IT Networking Monitor and maintain Corporate IT network infrastructure, including switches, access points, firewalls, and VPN services. Respond to network alerts, connectivity issues, and performance disruptions using monitoring and ticketing tools Perform triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of Layer 1–3 issues. Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of network hardware and supporting systems. Participate in infrastructure lifecycle activities including patching, firmware updates, and maintenance windows. Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, inventories, and records of changes. Ensure adherence to Corporate IT security, change management, and configuration standards. General IT Responsibilities Provide technical support through Microsoft Teams, email, ticketing platforms, and in-person communication. Conduct routine network health checks and log reviews. Contribute to improvement of network tools, monitoring processes, and operational documentation. Support Corporate IT initiatives, special projects, and continuous improvement efforts. Maintain high-quality documentation and clear communication for all assigned work.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree or higher in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing basics, DHCP, DNS, WLAN).
  • Ability to systematically troubleshoot network issues across Layers 1–3.
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking equipment (Cisco, Juniper, UniFi, or similar).
  • Comfort using command-line tools (SSH, CLI access).
  • Ability to follow and update network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical networking tasks as needed.
  • Travel to CleanSpark mining sites and other corporate offices as needed.
  • Participation in after-hours maintenance windows may be required.
  • This position may involve duties that require operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites. As such, candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy.

  • Supporting enterprise or campus network systems, including switches, wireless, and firewalls.
  • Troubleshooting Layer 1–3 issues in production environments with structured escalation processes.
  • Using network monitoring or alerting tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor, Nagios, etc.).
  • Performing basic switch configuration, VLAN provisioning, port changes, or ACL adjustments.
  • Participating in network refreshes, cabling projects, site expansions, or hardware deployments.
  • Providing support through ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.) with strong documentation practices.
  • Troubleshooting VPN connectivity, DHCP/DNS services, and general network-related issues.
  • Updating network diagrams, site documentation, and inventory systems.
  • Exposure to routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, or BGP.
  • Working with cross-functional IT teams in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
