Requirements

• Six months experience in similar role
• Software and peripheral troubleshooting
• Able to repair workstation hardware
• Fundamentals of networking (Layers 1-3)
• Windows server knowledge
• Cable management
• Ability to communicate and present training materials effectively in group settings
• Flexibility to switching tasks and prioritizing changing demands
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in office and plant floor environment

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Schedule is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Mon - Fri
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Hardware repair
• Respond to IT Support requests
• New hire IT orientations
• Assist other projects and work as needed
