About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Networking Project Manager to lead and deliver complex network infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing networking initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in networking or IT infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing network-related projects (e.g., routing/switching, network lifecycle, cloud networking).
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, SD-WAN).
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with network security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams, MSPs

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for network infrastructure initiatives (LAN, WAN, cloud networking, security, and data center projects).
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party providers.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to networking standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Oversee network deployment, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Facilitate meetings, documentation, and post-project reviews (lessons learned).
