Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peachtree Corners, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements

  • Comfortable working with Chat, Email, & Phone
  • Customer support, Email, Chat
  • Salesforce, CRM, MS Dynamics
  • Strong Job tenure, no job hopping - must be in last 3 roles for 15 months or more at least
  • bachelors is preferred
  • Fluent with technology and troubleshooting exp.
  • Tech Support (must have)

Nice To Haves

  • Law enforcement exp (nice to have)
