We are currently seeking a network support administrator with 5 years of configuration and troubleshooting experience in small to mid-size Local Area Networks. The ideal candidate will also have 3 years of Linux OS network administration and troubleshooting experience. This is a Level 3 support role working as a technical escalation point for retail store network administration, troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Experience with Linux OS networking (CLI) is required to be successful in this position. In this role you will provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex issues associated with our customer store networks – including LAN switches and routers, Firewalls , VoIP services, SD-WAN and VPN related issues. This is a customer-facing role and you must be comfortable working directly with our clients and providing technical guidance for the support team and field techs. Experience with retail store or restaurant technologies and Point Of Sale systems is a strong plus - but is not required. NOTE: This is a full-time in-office position. Remote work is not an option for this role.
