About The Position

Seeking a Network Infrastructure Technician to support and expand the technology of manufacturing and office operations. This role will be very hands‑on with successful candidate having strong experience with networking, cabling, security systems, and facility infrastructure. Duties and Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain network switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Perform network troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performance optimization across multiple buildings and production environments. Manage VLANs, port configurations, link aggregation, and other Layer 2/Layer 3 functions. Assist with network documentation, and asset tracking. Run, terminate, and test network cabling throughout office and manufacturing. Install patch panels, racks, cable management, and related infrastructure. Install and configure CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, and monitoring stations. Support and troubleshoot access systems such as badge readers and door controllers Other support roles will include: Fire alarm panels, sensors, intercoms, paging systems, and environmental monitoring devices.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in network infrastructure, cabling, or low‑voltage systems.
  • Comfortable working in industrial and construction environments.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, switching).
  • Hands‑on experience with structured cabling, including terminations and cable testing.
  • Experience with CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs) and access control hardware.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and network layouts.
