Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of three (3) years professional experience in a Microsoft Windows support role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support of cellular devices, including providing support for Apple and Android devices.
  • Support of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and EndPoint Manager/Intune.
  • Assist with HIPAA and IT Security audits contributing to report on findings.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on hardware and software procedures for both end-users and IT staff.
  • Assist with recommendation, creation, and training of staff regarding technology, security and HIPAA implemented within the Alumus organization.
  • Always assessing security issues and providing recommendations to help maintain security of patient, employee and organizational data.
