This role will report to our Clinician Support Supervisor. The Clinician Support Coordinator will work with a team to supply support to clinicians working in various states over the phone and via email. The Support Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications regarding a variety of topics including but not limited to daily schedule changes, clinician pay, technical troubleshooting, general Signify Health policy and procedural information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of successful work experience with the organization is preferred
  • 6 months call center experience
  • Experience with MS Office, Five9, and Google Office products

Responsibilities

  • Telephone clinicians and members with cancellations or changes to existing schedules
  • Assist clinicians with additional directions and answer questions as needed
  • Work in multiple systems at the same time
  • Available to answer all calls assuring a 5% or less missed call rate
  • Generate and close Salesforce tickets for all requests
  • Maintain the team’s queue to ensure all tickets are addressed
  • Submit and assign Salesforce tickets to the proper external departments, when further assistance is needed for an issue
  • Scheduled weekend on a rotating basis
  • Adherence for required onsite attendance days (Dallas)
  • Provide great customer service both verbally and written
