About The Position

Level Provides intermediate support for network access, wireless, and remote connectivity.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance issued by the customer.
• This agency handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
• NOTE: United States Citizenship is as part of the eligibility criteria to be able to obtain this type of security clearance
• VPN
• Wireless troubleshooting
• Remote access
• Firewall basics
• 3-5 years in network support

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot VPN and wireless issues
