The position involves performing installation, modification, testing, and servicing on all converged network communications equipment. The role also includes supporting security audits and vulnerability assessments by gathering data and assisting with remediation tasks under senior guidance. Staying informed about tool technologies and industry trends to support continuous improvement in the Network Operations Center (NOC) is also a key responsibility.
